Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records , I hereby request actual copies or histories (including itemized amounts billed and consumption) of all water and sewer bills issued for the past twelve months for any and all accounts or meters which serve the following facilities, noting that service address may vary:

Additionally, I would ask that you please provide copies of or links to any applicable water and sewer rate schedules.

In the event that there are to be any fees for this information, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

My apologies for the significant delay in response, but I wanted to note that since submittal of this request, I have had this request re-filed by a resident of Virginia so as to ensure that my being out-of-state has no bearing on the response thereto. Just to clarify your response of 8/9, does Jefferson County Environmental Services bill these customers for water and/or wastewater service?
