Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Public reports report that the city of Bessemer, Alabama recalibrated the stoplights during the union drive at the Amazon fulfillment center, BHM1 so that Amazon warehouse workers can’t stop and talk with union organizers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTkWjyIYiVk&feature=youtu.be.
Therefore, we request the following records from your jurisdiction:
1) All rules, regulations, presentations, PowerPoint or presentation files, flyers, signs, audio or video recordings and other guidance about, mentioning, or relating to the union drive and election at the Amazon fulfillment center, known as BHM1, at 975 Powder Plant Road in Bessemer, Alabama, 35022. Please search files shared from the union or union members to city or county employees, as well as files shared from Amazon to the city or county.
2) A copy of all complaints, suggestions, emails, or other communication between Amazon and city of Bessemer employees between September 2020 and the time this request is processed.
3) Any photos or videos taken by city or submitted to the city of Amazon warehouse workers or the Amazon warehouse BHM1 between September 2020 and the time this request is processed.
4) Any communications, including emails, text messages, formal and informal agreements, and contracts with employees or representatives of Amazon.
5) Any internal deliberations, emails, presentations, meeting notes about the above issues.
The requested files will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
