Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

Emails and correspondence related to Jefferson PUD request for services or RFP's to consulting firms EES and FCS Group for cost/benefit analysis of implementing AMI metering program. Please include communications between JPUD staff and representatives dated December 1, 2017 to present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The PUD hasn't done a request for services or RFP to either EES or FCS group for the cost/benefit analysis. In response to your request for that, we don't have one. Attached are the emails related to EES and FCS from Dec 1, 2017 to Feb 9, 2018.
