I received a fax yesterday that I was confused about. Can you confirm that this is the correct email address to respond to for the request sent to me on 1/12/2017? I wanted to confirm that I will be sending you an increment of information you've asked for by 1/12/18. There are thousands of emails and documents to review, so not all will be sent at once. I will send what I can.

Please confirm that this is the right email address to send my response to. It wasn't in error. This was the only email address I had the whole time.

Hello Annette,

I wanted to follow up on this request, because it appears we should have received the third installment of emails in April. We did receive a communication on 4/23/18, but no files are attached. Can we please have an update? Let me know if there is anything I can do on my end.

Thank you very much for your help with this, and happy holidays!

Best,
Kiera Murray

Hi Annette ~ Annette here.
I am not seeing the installment at the bottom of your response on 4/23/18. All that shows when I hit the 'download' icon is the PUD logo. Shall we try again?

From: Jefferson County Public Utility District

Hello Annette,
I'm having our IT person look into this again. I know we re-sent the information on 12/19/18, for the third installment and all seemed fine before I sent it. I'll have him look at it again and try to re-send again. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Here is a second attempt to get you these files. This is the third installment from the April 23, 2018 request. Please scroll down. The links are right before my signature. There are two of them. They have to be downloaded first. Let me know after March 26th if this worked. I'll be on vacation until then.

Thanks, Annette. I'm attaching screen shots to show you what I'm seeing on this end. The first has the yellow icon that does open with no problem. Your April 23, 2018 and March 15, 2019 replies did not have that colored file icon.

Can you try sending it directly to my personal email? You should have that in your automated history, as I've emailed you before. I'll hope to hear from you once you're back from vacation.

Sorry for the trouble, Annette.
