I received a fax yesterday that I was confused about. Can you confirm that this is the correct email address to respond to for the request sent to me on 1/12/2017? I wanted to confirm that I will be sending you an increment of information you've asked for by 1/12/18. There are thousands of emails and documents to review, so not all will be sent at once. I will send what I can.

Please confirm that this is the right email address to send my response to. It wasn't in error. This was the only email address I had the whole time.

I received your request to the response I made on 4/23/18. As you can see, I did send you your request for the 3rd installment on 4/23/2018. It's located at the bottom of the email. I'm having our IT person look into this again. I know we re-sent the information on 12/19/18, for the third installment and all seemed fine before I sent it. I'll have him look at it again and try to re-send again. I'm not sure what the problem is.
