Hi Ms. Franklin,

Thank you for your message. I would be happy to pay appropriate fees when the report has been completed.

Do you have any prisoner cage video or dash-cam video of this incident?

I will provide you will an address to mail the records once I have made payment.

Thanks for your help!

Kind Regards,
Mr. Hayden Hodges

From: Hayden Hodges

Hi Ms. Franklin,

I am sorry. I just re-read your email. I will be using an organization to mail the check on my behalf.

It might take them a week to do so, once they have the amount.

Is it possible for me to mail you a SASE now so that you have it ready to go once you have a payment? How many stamps does it need? Please provide an address for mailing.

Thanks for your help!

From: Jacksonville Beach Police Department

Mr. Hodges,

For the "prisoner cage" are you referring to the holding cell? I'm not sure that there is video for those but will double check. We may have Sally Port video, I'll check with our IT person, if you are requesting that also.

As far as postage, I have no way of weighing the request, but I would guess 1.00 would be more than sufficient.
Thanks,
Beverly

From: Hayden Hodges

Hi Ms. Franklin,

I will go-ahead and withdraw the video request.

I would still like the report, I will mail you a SASE by tomorrow.

When the report is ready, please let me know, and I will have the organization I use to mail the payment.

You may receive the envelope before the payment. If that is the case, please just keep it until the report is ready to mail.

Thanks again for your help!

From: Jacksonville Beach Police Department

The report is now ready.

Since you no longer want any of the videos...

5 pages @ 0.15 per page = 0.75

Postage should only be 1 stamp.
Thanks,
Beverly

Mr. Hodges,

I spoke with my co-worker who received the mail that day - she advised your payment, SASE was not in what we received. I'm unsure how they show it being delivered when we don't have it.

Respectfully,
Beverly

From: Hayden Hodges

Ok, I will reach out to the postal service, and get back to you.

Thanks.

From: Hayden Hodges

Hi Ms. Franklin,

I have contacted the Postal Service to try and find where the package I sent to you is. I am going to withdraw this request at this time because I will not be re-sending the payment.

However, if the package does eventually arrive, I would appreciate you mailing me the report. If this is the case, and the postal service gets back to me, I will email you and let you know.

Otherwise, thank you for your assistance, and you can consider this request closed.

Sincerely,
Mr. Hayden Hodges
