Pursuant to the { Florida Freedom of Information Act }, I hereby request the following records:
- A copy of any and all contracts (including associated amendments and exhibits) awarded to Pepsi, Coca-Cola, or any subdivision thereof, for the provision of beverages or other goods in any facilities under the purview of this organization, including all activities and buildings associated with athletics, sports, dining services, or otherwise. If this agency does not have a contract with either of the named companies, please provide the equivalent agreement with the currently employed company.
- If the contract(s) was cancelled, any and all materials related to its cancellation.
- If the contract was cancelled, the statement from the university about cancellation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within { 5 days }.

Good morning, Ms. Henson.
As you are aware the University of North Florida is in receipt of your public records request below. In reviewing your request, we note there are no assigned date parameters. Without a dates, we estimate between 2 and 3 hours of time to research, retrieve and compile the requested documentation.
In accordance with Florida Statutes 119.07(4)(d), we anticipate the service charge to be between $104.96 and $157.44 (employee hourly rate $52.48 x 2 and x3 hours). Kindly remit payment for $104.96 payable to The University of North Florida, at the address in the signature block below.
Once payment is received we will commence preparations for the University's response.
If it takes less time to prepare the records than what was estimated, we will refund MuckRock the difference. If it takes greater than 2 hours, we will invoice MuckRock the overage.
If you would prefer to assign a date range to your request, that may alter the estimated service charge.
