From: Jamiles Lartey
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:
A list of all criminal cases prosecuted by your office in which Medford police officer Tom Venables appeared as the prosecuting witness, or as another witness for the prosecution, or was the author of the prosecuting affidavit or similar charging document.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
Sincerely,
Jamiles Lartey

I previously provided this information when I completed the rest of your public records request. I am providing the Venables material again. It is 17 pages so it will come in a few emails.
