To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide a copy of the incident report, Dispatch transcript and Dispatch recording of my complaint against Mary Purkey today October 22, 2021

To refresh your memory, I phoned Dispatch today at 1:49pm to report stalking and harassment by Mary Purkey and later John Purkey. While working on my property, Mary Purkey pulled up in a silver compact car License plate AGM 2094, plates in front and back of vehicle, on Sand Lick Road, in front of the gate on my driveway. Mary began photographing my worker, Johnny Christopher as he worked. She saw me across the street then sped off. Within minutes Mary Purkey drove back again, stopped again, in front of my driveway then sped off. Within minutes John Purkey drove passed driving on Sand Lick road towards their residence. He was driving a silver pick up truck. I phoned back Dispatch at 2:07pm with the license plate number.

On Saturday morning between the hours of 4:15am and 8am, on October 16, 2021 two new green houses were vandalized. One smaller greenhouse outer plastic mesh covering was sliced down two sides, a hole punctures in the end and the supports pulled apart with planters tossed. As I began to assess damages, Mary Purkey drove by and parked on Sand Lick Road opposite my field where I was handling the vandalized greenhouses. She drove their white older Tahoe. Because of prior stalking, harassment, menace and vandalizing incidents of Mary and John Purkey, I believe they are suspects in the destruction of my property. Please provide a copy of the incident report reported to your office today, October 2, 2021

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr.Murray,
Please accept this email as a formal Complaint and placing both your office and the Sheriff's office on Notice.

The acts against me and my property by Mary and John Purkey are criminal acts. This is a Civil matter for the Purkeys since the burden of proof lies upon them to prove my Suveryers survey is inaccurate. They are pathological liars, with zero evidence, only false statements and claims. John and Mary Purkey have been stalking me for the past 2 years and the videos and recordings are proof of that.

Mary Purkey threatens to move my property markers which is a Felony. She also clearly states that her property is "after" mine. The Gate belonged to Travis Sparks as it was on "my " legal property. The Gate was attached to the post when I moved here in May 2019 yet "someone" removed it and crushed it into the dirt, covered in weeds and vines. John Purkey threatened my Worker with a loaded firearm in a written Witness Statement with your office.

The Sheriff's department has inaccurately reported the crimes against me and my property for more the two years I am living here. Via FOIA requests there is a recording of an officer speaking with Dispatch jokingly about being paid more for the dispatch to my property and the Sheriff inserting a Libelous code 600, slander and defamation. A picture is worth a thousand words and those videos will be viral soon. I will be filing a Complaint with the State.

Best regards,

Lorraine Valente, MS, ACH, RMT
