Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide a copy of the incident on March 26,2022. I phoned your office approximately 8:20pm to report and document neighbor Mary Purkey, approximately 8pm, intentionally drove and parked in front of my driveway taking photos of my legally surveyed property. She continued to park in the street after photographing my property and stayed there several minutes, loitering. This bizarre obsessive behavior was witnessed by workers.

Mary Purkey has a history of stalking, harassment, menace, trespassing, and photographing my property. She appears to suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder and appear to be delusional. She may have also threatened a witness in writing before our court date May 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
