Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Provide a copy of the original VOICE recording of conversation with Dispatcher B. Keck - 760 November 11, 2020 Incidences of criminal trespassing, vandalism, illegal entry, etc.
2. Provide a printed transcribed copy of the recording of conversation with Dispatcher B. Keck - 760 November 11, 2020 incidences of vandalism, illegal entry, etc.
3. Please provide the reasons why most of the requested report provided through Muck Rock, dated November 11, 2020 was blacked out and illegible.
4. Provide a NON-redacted copy of the report to my physical mailing address within 7 days of this request or by February 6, 2021.
5. Provide a copy of the job description of, length of employment and education and training levels of Dispatcher B. Keck 760.
6. Please provide a COMPLAINT form and other documents required to "Correct" facts and information falsified by Dispatcher.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
