I was also informed by a local person that filing Complaints is a waste of time because I will not receive any justice in this small town because everyone is related to each other, friends and will cover for each other and nothing will be done to investigate my claims. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under Color of any Law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. I have a right to live peacefully on the property that I own without harassment, vandalism, break ins, trespassing and threats.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
