-The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms submitted as required to the United States Department of Justice for the years 2012 through 2022.
-Total civil asset forfeiture figures per year for the years 2010 through the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms for the years 2012 through 2022 are attached.

Below are the total of the dollars the City of Iowa City received from court ordered civil forfeitures in each year for the years 2010 through July 8, 2022. In addition, the Court ordered many firearms forfeited, but they are all destroyed pursuant to Iowa law. As a result, the City of Iowa City does not have a record of their value.
