Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
(1) any and all data on the number of wasted, spoiled or expired COVID-19 vaccine doses from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021, and
(2) any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

The records you've requested do not exist in the format in which they've
been requested. However, we can provide a report that we provide to the CDC
to report vaccine waste. It does not include all the data variables
requested, but it will demonstrate waste information as required by the
CDC. Column M reports the number of doses.
