Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a copy of the A) contract signed between the Iowa State University Athletic program and the vendor who provided the tournament and services for the 2018 Maui Jim Maui Invitational Men's Basketball tournament to be held in November 2018. I am also requesting a copy of B) the final itinerary (if available) and C) tournament manual (if available) for the trip.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

This is the lone document that I have available pursuant to your request.
Iowa State University charges a fee of $30 per hour for retrieval / review of records. Additionally, scanning or copying charges (above 20 pages) are applied at the rate of $0.25 per page. There were no charges incurred for this request.
