Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law (Code Chapter 22), I hereby request the following records:
Copies of the initial contract between Iowa State and Coach Paul Rhoads and the last contract.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Find attached materials requested in your open records correspondence to Iowa State University on Feb. 11, 2016.
Iowa State University charges a fee of $30 per hour for retrieval / review of records. Additionally, scanning or copying charges (above 20 pages) are applied at the rate of $0.25 per page.
Please submit payment (to ISU Athletics) for the amount of $15.00 to Steve Malchow, Senior Associate A.D., Iowa State Athletics, 1800 South Fourth Street, Ames, IA 50011-1140. This $15 total includes charges of $7.25 for this request and$7.75 for a request from last month (Fred Hoiberg's contracts)

The Hoiberg materials were sent to your email on Feb. 1, 2016 (two days after receipt) and the Rhoads materials were sent to your email account on Feb. 12, 2016 (one day after receipt). Thanks for your attention to this matter.
