Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The contract agreed to between Florida State University and Iowa State University around the football game between the two teams that took place in Kansas City, Mo. on August 24, 2002.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I do not have the materials requested in your open records correspondence to Iowa State University on July 8, 2020.

My files for football game contracts dates back to 2007.

Iowa State University charges a fee of $30 per hour for retrieval / review of records. Additionally, scanning or copying charges (above 20 pages) are applied at the rate of $0.25 per page.

There were no charges incurred for this request.
