Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law (Code Chapter 22), I hereby request the following records:

All material provided to new inmates at the Anamosa Correctional Facility including any inmate manuals or orientation videos

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Mr. Shea,

We are in receipt of your public records request. I have attached a Copy
Fee Charge form. Please remit a certified cashier's check or money order in
the amount of $103.55 and make it payable to: Treasurer, State of Iowa,
Department of Corrections.

I wanted to clarify there are four orientation videos shown to offenders,
but two of them are copyrighted and we are unable to provide those. You
will be receiving the other two videos.
