Mr. Waltman:

You recently contacted the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) requesting records related to Riot Gear Budgeting Data. Attached please find records responsive to the request. You will see a budget overview as well as actual expenditures for all IMPD supplies for years 2012-2017 year to date. The fist tab includes all years, and then each year is separating into its own tab with the totals at the top. This information is not as precise as the original request, because we are unable to break out into such granular detail. This information is currently broken out by the most detailed expense accounts. As a useful tool, I have also attached an account and category spreadsheet that the buyers use when to look up the category code for a particular item. This will allow you to see what items roll up under what account.
