Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All “violation" letters and “enforcement action" letters sent by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management from January 1st, 2022 to the date this request is fulfilled, described (at this link: https://www.in.gov/idem/legal/enforcement/) as letters that precede formal enforcement in the form of a Notice of Violation or NOV, and serve to note "the violation and measures necessary to correct it in order to ensure the responsible party corrects the documented problem."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
