Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails and meeting minutes for members of a lethal injection protocol committee, or equivalent regulatory body, regarding the lethal injection protocol and/or lethal injection drugs from 2010 to present. If there is not a lethal injection protocol committee, then any and all meeting minutes and communications within the Department of Corrections that mention the lethal injection protocol and/or lethal injection drugs from 2010 to present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

We have no "lethal injection protocol committee nor any equivalent regulatory body" so no responsive documents are available. To the extent your request asks for all communications from IDOC employees in any way related to the lethal injection process from 2010 to the present, such a request is too vague and generalized. It would possibly include a review of all communications from thousands of employees, many of whom may be retired or deceased. If you can more narrowly tailor your request, I will be happy to see if we can provide a response.

Thanks for getting back to me! Okay, I would like to narrow my request to emails containing the keywords 'methohexital,' 'potassium chloride,' 'pancurium bromide,' 'sodium thiopental,' 'vecuronium,' or 'potassium chloride' from 2010 to present.
