To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails sent or received in the governor's office originating from the domains "@gov.in.gov" or "@dol.in.gov" between June 01, 2017 and January 31, 2018, as well as between June 01, 2019 and November 26, 2019 that contain any of the following, non-case sensitive keystrings:

Additionally, please include replies to any emails that meet this criteria, even if the reply does not contain any of the above keystrings.

I understand this may be a somewhat voluminous request. In the case that fulfilling it would take a burdensome amount of time, please contact me and I may be able to narrow the scope of my request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
