Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any contracts or invoices made or paid between the INPRS and any independent research firm or organization to identify companies that that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 7/1/2017 - 6/31/2018).

2. A copy of the latest list provided to the INPRS from MCSI used to identify companies that that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel.

3. Records of any correspondence between the INPRS and other institutional investors that have divested from or engaged with companies that that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 7/1/2017 - 6/31/2018).

4. Records of any correspondence between the INPRS and contracted asset managers that invest in companies that that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 1/1/2018 - 7/1/2018).

5. Any communication between the INPRS and any non-profit organizations regarding companies that that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 1/1/2018 - 7/1/2018). This should include, but not be limited to, communications between the Israel-American Coalition for Action and the INPRS.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Firstly, big thanks to you and Jeff for the prompt response.

I'm happy to take documents as they become available and also to negotiate the scope of the request if that would help facilitate the delivery of documents in a more expedient manner.

I'm aware that "reasonable time" is not defined in the APRA or by the courts, as it is a standard which is addressed on
a case-by-case basis, but do you have any sense of timeline as to when these documents might be made available, or how I can effectively narrow the scope of the request to make your jobs fulfilling the statutory obligation easier?

Specifically, you requested:

INPRS Response: Attached, you will find the MSCI contract reflecting the addition of Anti-Israel BDS services as well as the most recent renewal.

2. A copy of the latest list provided to the INPRS from MSCI used to identify companies that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel.

INPRS Response: The records requested are exempt from disclosure in accordance with APRA based on exemptions available under Indiana Code 5-14-3-4 (deliberative material).

3. Records of any correspondence between the INPRS and other institutional investors that have divested from or engaged with companies that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 7/1/2017 - 6/31/2018).

INPRS Response: The records requested are exempt from disclosure in accordance with APRA based on exemptions available under Indiana Code 5-14-3-4 (deliberative material).

4. Records of any correspondence between the INPRS and contracted asset managers that invest in companies that engage in action or inaction to boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (From 1/1/2018 - 7/1/2018).
