Hello,

Thank you again for sending the inventory spreadsheet and MOA. The spreadsheets released by other state coordinators include several more categories that seem to be omitted in the spreadsheet you provided, including:

Row
State
DODAAC
Station Active Flag
Station Type
Book Type
Property Status
Property Number
Requisition Number
NSN
Serial Number
Serial Number Required Flag
Image Count
Requisition Date
Ship Date
Last Inventory Date
DEMIL Code
DEMIL IC
DTID
Unit Cost
Total Cost

I've attached the spreadsheet released by the Arkansas state coordinator, for reference.

Does DOA have a spreadsheet with these same columns? If so, I would appreciate a release of the full spreadsheet.

Best,
Shawn

Mr. Musgrave,

In response to your e-mail message dated August 25, 2014, which appears below, I forward this communication to you. We have provided the records in the possession of our Surplus Division which are attached. Statutorily we are not required to create documents that are not maintained in the regular course of business, see IC 5-14-3, “ (f) Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, a public agency is not required to create or provide copies of lists of names and addresses (including electronic mail account addresses) unless the public agency is required to publish such lists and disseminate them to the public under a statute…”

While the precise formatting the records provided may differ from other states we are not aware of a requirement that each state maintain uniform records and we have no additional documentation or records that are responsive to your request.

Please notify me should you have further questions.

Kindest Regards,

Tim
