The responses below are in reference to the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners:

1. The only agreement I am aware of (Ionwave/BidExpress is attached).

a. Our solicitations are published online at the Demandstar and Vendor Registry web sites.

b. There is no cost to the County to post solicitations to either of those sites.

c. We do not have a formal contract with either web site, but have been using Demandstar for at least 10 years, and Vendor Registry for 18 months.

d. We do not use an ERP system to manage solicitation evaluation.
