Proposition 8-related Emails (County Clerk/recorder)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any emails that were sent, received, or otherwise originally generated in whole or in part by County Clerk-Recorder Chuck Storey, then-County Clerk/Recorder/Registrar of Voters Dolores Provencio, then-Supervisor Wally Leimgruber, then-Supervisor Jesus "Jack" Terrazas, or then-County Executive Officer Ralph Cordova between the period of 1/1/2008 through 12/31/2014 containing any of the following words/phrases contained in quotation marks:

1) “Proposition 8” or “Prop 8”
2) “Thomas More”
3) “Robert H. Tyler”
4) “Jennifer L. Bursch”
5) “Jennifer Monk”
6) “Hollingsworth” or “Hollingsworth v. Perry”
7) “Perry v. Schwarzenegger”
8) “Perry v. Brown”
9) “Vaughn Walker” or “Judge Walker”
10) “James Ware” or “Judge Ware”
11) “Advocates for Faith”

For those aforementioned public officials named above who are no longer incumbents, this request only includes emails that were sent using official county emails, such as those ending with "@co.imperial.ca.us." However, for County Clerk-Recorder Chuck Storey, this request covers all responsive records even held on private devices or private email accounts related to the conduct of public business and litigation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
