I will provide the scant information I have available.

The murder of Eugene Pingsterhaus (DOB Aug. 30, 1941) occurred on Sept. 7, 1983 around Interstate 64 and 18th St. near National Stockyards in East St. Louis.

Obviously, I do not have your agency report numbers, but I don't believe that should be a barrier to obtaining documents.

Please be clear: Is it that you need more information or that you don't have the documents?

Thank you.
