Mr. Gregg--
I am in receipt of your request for public records under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. Your request covers a great deal of information and I anticipate that it will take more than the five day time frame to respond to your request. I also have a few questions and would also like to discuss if there is any way you can narrow the time period covered by the request. Would you be available this week to talk? I am free all day tomorrow, Thursday after 1:00pm (CST), and Friday morning before 11:00am (CST) and after 3:00 pm (CST).
Thank you in advance for understanding.

Hi Helen!
Yes, sorry, that was an omission on my part. Please limit my request to all elections petitions, elections, and representation certifications received or occurring in the 2022 calendar year.
If you need to discuss further, please call me at 931.210.610.
From: Illinois Labor Relations Board
Thank you for your response. That does narrow the request significantly, but we still need some time to go compile the information as not all of the information is stored electronically. And those records would then need to be reviewed for PII (personal information and identifiers) and other information that is exempt from FOIA. Would it be possible to get an extension of time to respond until January 23, 2023?
BTW. I tried to calling but the phone number you listed is missing a number.
Thank you in advance.

Mr. Gregg-
I left you a voicemail message earlier letting you know that we were not able to locate the physical files for three of cases and thus could not provide the number of signatures on the petition in those cases. As explained in the response, I expect to gain access to those files later this week and so I am requesting an extension of time to complete the response until January 30, 2023.
Thank you in advance.
