with information including the date the complaint was filed, the nature of the complaint, the amount owed to the complainant, the dates worked but not compensated, and the outcome of the complaint.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Bittle:

Due to limited staff and the amount of records you have requested the Department is asking for an extension to the for responding to your request. IF you will mutually agree to an extension until October 9, 2020, the Department will forward them as soon as they are assembled.

Also, the Department is only required to keep such records for three years. Accordingly, we cannot fulfill your entire request for records back to 2010.
