Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
On April 25, 2018 the Office of Director at the Illinois State Police received a MOU between ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Illinois State Police. Specifically the MOU assigned District 15 Erin Anderson #5846 to be temporary assigned or task forced to HSI as a TFO (Task Force Officer).
Therefore, I request the following records between April 1, 2018 to the November 1, 2018.
- All emails between Trooper Anderson and HSI (ICE).
- All memos, faxes, and other communication between Trooper Anderson and HSI (ICE).
- Communication between Trooper Anderson and other police agencies assigned to the same taskforce.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Illinois State Police acknowledges receipt of your FOIA request. (See attached request). A response to your request is due November 12, 2019. However, additional time is needed to respond to your request. In accordance with Section 3(e) of the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/3 (e)), the response due date is being unilaterally extended to November 19, 2019. The basis for this extension is as follows:
