Hello,

Thank you for your timely reply, I appreciate it very much!

I'm willing to change my request to help meet in the middle, and I'd like to know what areas of my request are time consuming. Is it possible for you to provide an estimated work breakdown for the 287 hour figure in an effort to understand how I might make this request less burdensome? As an example, what would the time estimate be for production of the maintenance log and purchase orders relating to the aircraft in question?

This request is a public interest request, it is non-profit in nature. It is my opinion that the public interest outweighs the burden of compliance given the current political context in the United States at this time.

Dear Muckrok,

This FOIA was responded to and required negotiations between the ISP and the requester. Due to no contact from the requester we consider this matter closed. Please have the requester submit a new request concerning the wanted material. The ISP wants to ensure that the requesters needs are fulfilled however, Illinois FOIA law requires them to submit reduced parameters to us.

Please contact me with any questions and concerns
