Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

1. Communications (emails, letters, or memorandum) between the Israel-American Coalition for Action and the Illinois Investment Policy Board from January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017
2. Any contracts between ISS or ISS-Ethix and the Illinois Investment Policy Board from January 1, 2017 -December 31, 2017
3. Any invoices issued by ISS-Ethix to the Illinois Investment Policy Board from July 1, 2017 - March 19, 2018
4. A copy of the most recent "Israel Boycott List" sent by ISS-Ethix to the Illinois Investment Policy Board.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
