Per my previous response, the procurement of SafeGraph data is for the big contract called: IL Statewide Travel Demand Model (TDM) Development study. It is a 3-year contract which includes a lot of moving parts. Project team collected Statewide traffic data, network data, employment data etc to be incorporated into the model (TDM). The Department developed and contracted the TDM and consultant contracts with Safegraph. Unfortunately, I have no additional information to provide.
