Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
All registration info, including email address and phone number, of all FOIA officers who have registered through any official route. Please only include those who have completed the training.
To limit the burden of this request, please limit the request to:
Email domains listed in the attached agencies.txt and city_domains.txt files. (They should be opened in excel, though might have to be renamed to ".csv".)
Email addresses with .gov
Email addresses with il.us
The domains from those two files have been manually verified to be official public body agencies and jurisdictions. Manually verifying all domains took roughly 30 minutes - your department is likely to require the same timeframe, if needed.
Please understand that the burden incurred in retrieving and validating the records responsive to this request benefit the public greatly.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
