Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All documents and communications regarding the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s action titled "Operation Keep Safe" dating from January 1st, 2018 to July 1st, 2018. Documents and communications applicable to this request would include - but are not limited to - the following:

- emails containing the term "Operation Keep Safe"
- any agency bulletins regarding the enforcement action
- any agency briefings regarding the enforcement action
- any agency documentation regarding the law enforcement action

Here is an official web-post from ICE elaborating on the event I am seeking documents on:

"CHICAGO — Federal officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested 156 criminal aliens and immigration violators in the Chicago metropolitan area during a six-day enforcement action, which ended Thursday.

During this operation, ERO deportation officers made arrests in the following 37 communities: Addison, Arlington Heights, Aurora, Bartlett, Berkley, Berwyn, Blue Island, Bolingbrook, Bridgeview, Burbank, Carol Stream, Chicago, Chicago Ridge, Cicero, Des Plaines, Elgin, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Geneva, Joliet, McHenry, Mt. Prospect, Naperville, Northfield, North Riverside, Orland Park, Palatine, Park City, Rolling Meadows, Rosemont, St. Charles, Stickney, Stone Park, Warrenville, Waukegan, West Chicago and Wheaton." Dear Mr. Ader:

Thank you for writing the Illinois State Police with your request for
information pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. (5 ILCS
140/1 et seq.). On August 23, 2018, we received your request for the all
documents and communications regarding the U.S. Immigration & Customs
Enforcement's action titled "Operation Keep Safe" dating from
1/1/18-7/1/18 including but not limited to the following:

Emails containing the term "Operation Keep Safe"
Any agency bulletins regarding the enforcement action
Any agency briefings regarding the enforcement action
Any agency documentation regarding the law enforcement action.

A reasonable search for the requested items was conducted; however, the
Department found no responsive records with the provided search terms.
Please be aware the Illinois State Police only maintains records completed
by Illinois State Police personnel.
