Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting all attachments sent to Jarvis, Elise (EJarvis@adl.org) to Leigh A. McDermott and forwarded to Steve Lyddon on October 05th 2015.
Specifically, for all the emails between Leigh A. McDermott and Steve Lyddon I am requesting the two attachments:
"ATS Fact Sheet 2015.pd 2015.pdf" and "Agencies gencies with Commanders Commanders Trained Trained at ATS.pdf"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Martinez:
The Illinois State Police has received your request for information
regarding Records related to attachments sent to Elise Jarvis, Leigh
McDermott and Steve Lyddon on 10/5/15 specifically "ATS Fact Sheet 2015.pd
2015.pdf" and "Agencies gencies with Commanders Commanders Trained Trained
at ATS.pdf". A response to your request is due 05/23/2018. However,
additional time is needed to respond to your request. In accordance with
Section 3 (e) of the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/3 (e)), the
response due date is being extended to 05/31/2018. The basis for this
extension is as follows:
_____ The requested records are stored in whole or in part at another
location.
_____ The request requires the collection of a substantial number of
records.
_____ The request is stated in categorical terms which requires an
extensive search for the records requested.
__X___ The requested records have not yet been located and additional time
is needed to complete the search.
