I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me that pertains to Dixon Correctional Center:
Dixon Correctional Center's yearly budgeting plans for 2022 and 2023, along with any fiscal reports related to mental health or medical care costs from 2021, 2022, and 2023.
In the event that there are fees, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
