Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
Could you please provide me with the number of vehicles that are or have been registered to the entity,"City of Berwyn or "Township of Berwyn", between 2010 and 2016 that are in your database along with the corresponding Illinois registration number and vehicle description on file. Thank you.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,
Attached are the procedures for obtaining documentation from the Office of the Secretary of State. The registration counts are maintained on the mainframe for 2 years and that would be as far as the counts which could be provided.
The General Counsel will require specific information for why the data is being requested, for what purpose and why and how the information is be made available to the public.
