Good Afternoon -
Can we please get more of a description or explanation of "civil
forfeiture" ?
Thank you.
From: Curtis Waltman
Hi,
Yes of course. I am referring to civil asset forfeiture funds. These are funds found in possession of an individual who was arrested or suspected of a crime, that police are allowed to take. I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Curtis Waltman

Good Morning - The section handling your request needs to know if you mean
state or federal ? See next sentence.
I understand it means forfeiture proceeds/funds, but still did not
clarify State or Fed. I am assuming State forfeiture figures, but given
asked about the Equitable Sharing (FED), I wanted to be sure of the
request.
Thank you.
From: Curtis Waltman
Hello,
I actually meant both state and federal. Thank you for clarifying!
Sincerely,
Curtis Waltman
