Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Apple Inc.’s Manufacturer Registration form submitted for compliance in the Electronics Products Recycling and Reuse Act for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Apple Inc.’s Manufacturer Total Weight Collected form for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Apple’s Covered Electronic Products Manufacturer’s Sales report and Covered Electronic Products Manufacturer’s Recycler Information forms for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 (if available). Any documents that list the specific e-waste recycling centers used by Apple to fulfill its manufacturer e-cycling obligations as well as the quantity and type of electronics that were recycled on Apple’s behalf.

In addition, I am requesting any emails or digital communications between employees of Apple, Inc. and this office in 2018 and 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
