To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a list of all of the National Rifle Association's lobbying expenditures in Idaho from January 1, 2013 to March 14, 2017 that list "Starboard Strategic Inc." as a vendor. The list should include the amount of the expense, the type/purpose of the expense, and the the date of the expense.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Mike,
I received your records request for Lobbyist expenditures in Idaho from
1/1/13 to 3/14/17 that lists "Starboard Strategic Inc." as a vendor.
Lobbyist reporting in Idaho does not require the identification of
vendors. Lobbyists are only required to report the amounts of their
expenditures by category. Here is a link to the Lobbyist Monthly Report
form and the Lobbyist Annual Report form.

They are only required to divide their expenses by the following
categories:
1. Entertainment, Food and Refreshment
2. Living Accommodations
3. Advertising
4. Travel
5. Telephone
6. Other Expenses or Services
The only itemization that is required is an expenditure of over $110
dollars for a Legislator, other holder of public office, executive
officials and member(s) of their household. This itemization requires
the date, location, amount and identification of the Legislator, Public
and Executive Official and Household members.
Therefore, we have no records that meet your request. If you have any
questions, please let me know.
