Good morning Mr. Barrouquere:

Please find enclosed all information responsive to your request for public records of Senator Chuck Winder.

It should be noted that the Idaho Legislature has no email retention policy and members may delete emails at any time and at their discretion, except when a public records request has been made. At that point, emails related to that public records request may not be deleted until the request is fulfilled.

To the extent you consider this response to be a denial or partial denial of a request for public records you have the right to appeal such denial pursuant to Idaho Code section 74-115. Under that code section, you have 180 days from the date of denial to petition a district court for an order compelling the production of the public records to which you believe you have been denied access.
Regards,

Lindsey Youtz
