Dear Adam Steinbaugh:

The University is in receipt of your request for records pertaining to any
policies concerning the "No Public Funds for Abortion Act" (Idaho Code §§
18-8701, et seq.) or its provisions, or guidance distributed to faculty,
staff, or students concerning the same. A longer period of time is needed
to locate, retrieve, and review the request for records. Pursuant to Idaho
Code §74-102, the University will respond to the request for records no
later than 10 working days from today, by March 14, 2023.

generated on or after February 19, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business
days, as the statute requires.
