Christina Nance surveillance files

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all surveillance camera video and/or files in their entirety, presently in the control and/or custody of the Huntsville Police Department or it’s proxies, pertaining to the physical arrival, tracking, locating, monitoring, or otherwise observation of, or acquired as a result of the death investigation of Ms. Christina Nance.

This request is specifically for the collective surveillance footage of the following date(s), and in it’s entirety regardless of source, deemed relevant and useful by Huntsville Police Department, and/or used to determine evidence of a factual basis, or establish timelines in the death investigation of Christina Nance:

September 25, 2021 through October 7, 2021 inclusively

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
