This information is easily available within the Agency’s LEARN system. The simplest way to extract this data is to generate an “Agency Data Sharing Report” PDF file from within LEARN. To do this, a user may simply go to the “Sharing” section of LEARN and select “Output Report.” A CSV/XLS file containing these records would also satisfy this request.

I understand you have gone through this process with more than 50 agencies, but in Huntington Beach, this is not information we currently have available. From what I understand, if you are in contact with Anaheim PD, the information is already available to you.

I think you are misunderstanding the situation. Only the second 4 items are related to cameras. I consider that part settled.

However, HB has access to Vigilant Solutions outside of the camera system. Your agency is able to see data shared with your agency by others. This is the information we are seeking.

I can provide you with a long set of documents obtained from other agencies confirming that they are sharing their data with Huntington Beach Police Department. If you look at your system, you will see that this data is available and a public record.

We urge to you provide these public records as soon possible. Otherwise, please put me in touch with the ALPR Administrator or Administrative Operations Division Commander so we may escalate the matter.
