Aerial Surveillance of Line 3 Protest Activities

In 2017, the Park Rapids Enterprise reported that the Hubbard County Sheriff purchased a $13,158 DJI drone for aerial surveillance (https://www.parkrapidsenterprise.com/news/county-sheriff-purchases-drone-for-aerial-surveillance).

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Emails, memoranda, and flight path records relating to deployments of the Hubbard County Sheriff's DJI drone in connection with surveillance of Line 3 Protest activities between June 1, 2021 and September 31, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
