Pursuant to the state open records law Tex. Gov't Code Ann. Secs. 552.001 to 552.353, this is a request for access to and an electronic copy of Spring Branch ISD employee attendance records during the week of June 12, 2017 through June 16, 2017 for the following employees:

-Joni Warren - Director of Special Education
-Angela Rehquate – Diagnostician
-Jordan Givens - MS CCC Speech-Language Pathologist
-Martha Hines - PPCD Teacher
-Diane Rugg - PPCD Teacher
-Patricia Kistler - Licensed Specialist in School Psychology

Attendance records includes but is not limited to electronic clock-in and out logs, Keycard swipe logs, signature logs, employee absence reports, workforce central data entries, time card submissions, etc.

If Spring Branch ISD does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.
As provided by the open records law, your response is expected within ten (10) days. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. Secs. 552.221(d) and 231(c). If you believe this information is not public, I ask that you immediately notify me and then seek a formal decision from the Texas Attorney General not later than ten (10) calendar days from your receipt of this request, as required by the open records law. See Sec. 552.301.

I also request that, fees be waived as we believe this request for disclosure is in the public interest and educational purposes under Texas Government Code § 552.267. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment.
If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.
