Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a copy of the log files, which document the use of Stingray-type, IMSI catchers, in Houston & Harris County. The period of time for this request is 1 January 2011 to 1 October 2020.
Please also provide:
1) The number of IMSI catchers owned by the organization.
2) The total number of times the devices were used.
3) The total number of people that were targeted for collection of data.
4) The number of times that a search warrant was requested.

I am not requesting any personally identifying information, only numbers.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
