Dear Andrew Roberts,

Based on the information you provided, we have no way to respond to your request. Please be aware that in order to provide a listing of calls for service, we need an address or range of addresses.

We are not able to provide calls for service based on a Key Map grid or unknown / blank call beat.

Thank you,

Houston Police Department
Public Affairs / Open Records Unit

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry, but it's been a while. I remember we could generate reports by other criteria, such as patrol beat, district, etc...through "OLO"(?). Can the "Call for Service Report" be requested by beat, district, etc.. or even city wide without providing each street name and range?

What information/data will be on a "Call for Service Report" ?

Thank you,
Drew Roberts

From: HPD - Open Records

Dear Drew Roberts,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, with our current records management system, an address or range of addresses is required in order to generate a listing of calls for service. The report shows the date, time, location, type of call, and how the call was disposed (report generated, cleared information, etc.)
