Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting an unredacted copy of the letter from the meeting that took place at Hollywood Police department on January 16th, 1996. It's regarding the release of the Adam Walsh case file. The meeting was attended by the Walshes, Chief Witt, George Terwilliger, Lance Hefflin, John Reed, Paul Duggan, Detective Mark Smith, Mark Christiansen, and various other deputies. It was at 1:30pm. Now that the case has been closed, there is no reason for the redaction. Once again, I'm asking for the unredacted copy of the letter from this meeting.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
