3. All agreements or MOUs and attachments related to Briefcam

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,

The City of Hollister City Clerk's office is in receipt of your Public Records Request. We have sent your request to the department of record and are waiting for their response, if they have the records that pertain to your request. If they require additional time, we request they let us and/or you know.

In some cases, the Department of Record may respond directly to you, and if so we request a copy of that so we may close your request.

As soon as we receive the information, and cost, we will forward that on to you to comply with your request. At the most, the City Clerk's office has charged $10.00. That is $6.00 for a flash drive and $4.00 for postage. This large cost is only if the documents are too big in size to send via email.

To update your records, David Westrick is no longer with the City of Hollister. Interim Police Chief Carlos Reynoso's email is: creynoso@police.hollister.ca.us
